CWIZ project has started under the structure of GRID Information Technologies in the year 2004. The team, reinterpreting the concept of switchboard from the attitude of a service vendor, introduced the first version of CWIZ to the sector and users in Cebit 2005 Hannover
Germany. CWIZ has started to take its place in the market of Turkey in August 2005 through the establishment Votel İletişim Hizmetleri.

The CWIZ branded products have actively taken part in 60 points during the first year of launch in an environment where IP based systems are becoming widespread rather slowly.

Votel furnishes services in the field of project based applications and services as well as product structure. These applications are as follows:

Provision – Registration Services for Alternative Voice Operators
Although it is designed for medium scaled offices, the infrastructure of CWIZ is sufficient to provide service for voice operators. Presently, there are 2 voice operators using the registering – provisioning system developed via CWIZ infrastructure.

IVR and Voice Recognition Integration Projects
Specially configured IVR services and integration projects are included in the developed solutions. Projects mentioned together with IP based orientation services are designed and developed by Votel team.

VAS – Value Added Services for GSM Platforms
Further, Votel deals with value added services for GSM Networks. In general, it designs VAS solutions for the overseas GSM operators and currently, 20 different VAS services are being developed under the structure of Votel.
