Nebim Yazilim Using CWIZ Call Center
Nebim Yazilim, the paramount software company of Turkey has preferred to use CWIZ Call Center for the Customer Services Call Center.

Polaris is using CWIZ Call Center for Customer Services. In addition CWIZ will be integrate with Nebim Customer Support Software.

CWIZ Corporate Solution is in TEVİTÖL (Turkish Education Association – Inanç Turkes Private High School)
Communication in the Gebze campus of Turkish Education Association İnanç Türkeş Private High School attached to the Turkish Education Association that trains gifted students is provided via CWIZ corporate. On the system installed as 100 subscriptions; 50 internal school, 50 internal school dwelling, mixed terminals consisting of IP telephones and analog telephones are used.
On the infrastructure that is completely renewed, CWIZ Corporate will be used both for the switchboard need of the school and standard telephone calls of the dwellings located in the campus. Through the reporting system on the CWIZ Corporate, ratios of the calls belonging to the school and the dwellings will be provided including the extension line and dwelling details.
PTSN access provided with the analog external lines at the moment will be provided as PRI in the near future. In that way, it will be possible to reach the dwellings by using the direct line numbers that can be accessed through the connections made from the switchboard at the moment.
